I would give the shoe 5 stars if it were easier to put on. Putting on the shoes is a mission. The shoes have good support and nice cushion for long hours of standing. Takes a few days to break in so feet will hurt a little at first but will get more comfortable. Way better than the sketchers work shoes.

I purchased these shoes to wear at work (all black shoes are required), where I do an hourly walk around a gravel area monitoring security. After only a couple shifts, the rubber started to fall apart around the front/toe section. They were comfortable enough, but won't last long at all - not worth the money.

New balance makes two shoes almost the same one for training and one for work. Last time I bought the ones for work and they were not that comfortable and made the bottom of my feet sore.
