We ask you to understand and take into account that due to the fact that our cases are completely handmade, we need at least 5-7 days from the moment of receiving the order to its complete completion. Thank you for your understanding, patience and attention when choosing our store.
You can usually receive your order within 5-7 business days.
LA Printing Shop is not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. These charges are set by your country – we are not able to influence or control the rate at which you are charged. We suggest you contact your country's customs office if you are concerned about the charges that may occur. Again, LA Printing Shop does not set these rates, nor do we have control over them.

Selecting the right size:

To easily determine the size and model of your MacBook, simply follow the instructions below.
1. Power down your Macbook and close the lid.
2. Carefully turn your MacBook over and look for the word "model". The model code will start with a letter 'A' followed by numbers, for example: 'A1706'. (Refer to listing images for more information.)
3. Once you have found your model number, simply select the appropriate case from the drop down under "device.”

If your model number is not listed or you are having trouble finding which model device you have, simply contact us and we will assist you.

Shipping:

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, starting from the following day after the order was placed. If for some reason, processing times are longer than usual, we will notify you. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday 9-5 EST. This excludes weekends and major holidays.
United States Shipping
For the selling standard shipping option, we use a fully-tracked ground shipping service that takes approximately 4-10 business days to arrive from the ship date. Please allow for at least one day for the tracking to be updated with the first scan after the order ships.
International Shipping
For the standard shipping option, we use a non-tracked air shipping service that takes an estimated 14-25 business days to arrive from the ship date. International shipping does vary in time, depending on the exact location. Please note, this does not include any delays experienced at customs.

Refunds and Exchanges:
At LA Printing Shop, we want you to be in love with your purchase. However, if you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange a non-customized case from the date received. Customized cases are not refundable unless defective.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchange parcels. When sending anything back to us, please beware of this and select a shipping service accordingly.
Returns are only processed once the product has arrived back at our facility in original condition. Returns will only be processed to the original method of payment (Buyer is responsible for return shipping chargers). Once processed, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

If you're making an exchange, we're happy to cover the cost to ship back the corrected product. If you have received the wrong product, please contact us, so this can be fixed immediately. In this instance, you are not responsible for costs associated with return and reshipment. If you have received the product damaged or faulty, please email us along with photo documentation of the damages so that we can fully address the issue promptly.
