Hand knit in Cascade 220 100% wool. This amazing hat will fit most adults or teens with a measurement of 21” around and has a bit of stretch! The hat is self lined at the brim and features creamy white polar bears on a baby blue background. There are three dimensional polar bear tassels as well!
