We have been selling online textiles and items relating to women's fashion since 2003. The owner is a member of the National Button Society.

How we work:

We treat our customers with respect. We value everyone who visits our site, whether they order or not. If you become a customer we will process your order within 1 business day, providing it is ordered before 2 pm UK time.

We only use Royal Mail to post our items.

Packaging:

We use cotton wool to pack all items, acid-free tissue paper, and either a box or a cardboard new envelope. We minimise the use of plastic.

All UK items are sent using second-class postage and require a signature upon delivery.

International orders:

All International orders are sent selling at a subsidised postage price, the service includes tracking postage and insurance. A signature may be required at delivery.
