Repainted, restyles, ooak, recycled, custom, selling doll, by artist Julia Bali

My little rescued dolls are costum made, hand painted with high quality professional materials and comes with hand made or recycled clothes. They arrive in my home sometimes in a bad shape. I wash them carefully, condition and style their hair and give them a second life. Sometimes the have flaws like unremovable stains or marks that cannot be fixed. But I think this gives them personnality. Sometimes they have little infirmities like a missing finger or a stiff arm or head or have a arm shorter than the other. I consider they still deserve to be adopted. Rescued dolls are not perfect and that what's makes them beautiful and unique. Their height is about 22.5cm with shoes about selling 9 inches.

They are painted with professional quality material only. Professional Derwent pencils, Liquitex mate medium, Liquitex acrylic paint and Pan pastels. They are finished with Krylon mate vanish spray. I did not wash them or put them in water after varnished so I do not recommend to do so. At you own risk.

Because they are not factory painted, they have slight imperfections which are not considered flaws. This is part of handmade, human charm.

I am a professional artist. I have a Fine Art degree from University of Quebec in Montreal. I am actually a painter. I love dolls so much that I decided to paint on them which is my hobby. I have Asperger syndrome and am the single mother of two beautiful autistic children.

You are welcome to ask me any question before buying. I do not refund or take back dolls.

The dolls come exactly has shown in the pictures. The are autographed by artist in the back of their head.

My home is smoke free, and we have a service dog and two cats who are not allowed near the dolls.

Clothing as shown in the photographs. Be aware this type of doll has no feet under her removable shoes.

Warning: Choking hazard: small parts. Doll accessories not suitable for children under 3.

All dolls are re-styled second-hand dolls and may have small imperfections such as marks or scuffs.
