Free standard shipping is included for all domestic and International orders shipped to the United States, Canada and NZ (excluding fabric swatches for International orders). Domestic Post Standard shipping within Australia is estimated to take 3 - 8 business days once dispatched. International Post Standard to the USA usually takes 10 - 15 business days once dispatched. You may upgrade your shipping to express for an incremental charge should you wish to at check out. Domestic Express Post is estimated to take 1 - 4 business days once dispatched. International Express to the USA usually takes 7 - 10 business days once dispatched. ***All International orders may take longer due to customs delays*** International buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country. Any overseas customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination must be paid by the recipient of the order. No duty fee's are applied to USA orders valued under $800USD. Customs policies and charges vary greatly from one country to another and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Orders are shipped three times per week. Orders take 1 - 2 days to be processed before they are dispatched. Tracking is included with all orders. You may purchase "Extra Cover - Shipping Insurance" via our listing in the "Extra's" section to receive additional insurance coverage through Australia Post against loss or damage up to the value of your purchase. You may also purchase "Extra Cover - Signature selling on Delivery" via our listing in the "Extra's" section. Should your item be lost or damaged, and you haven't purchased Extra Cover, you may be entitled to compensation of up to $100AUD. We are responsible for orders up until they are received by Australia Post. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address, lost or damaged during transit. If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the freight should you wish us to resend the order.

We wish you could have found ‘The one' with us :-) We accept returns as long as the item is returned in its original and unused condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know you will be returning an item. Items must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery to you.
The original invoice should be included with your return for proof of purchase. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note the address for returns is different than the address we ship from. We will provide you with our return address once you have contacted us about your return. Failure to return the item to the correct address will result in a delay to your refund being processed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders are shipped three times per week. Once your item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel the transaction and you will need to return the item back to us.
