For sale this adorable and very rare Old woman in a shoe Lefton Japan music box this is ceramic selling and the pink flower spins to crank for music there is an on off lever on bottom front of shoe. Piece is in excellent condition and plays perfectly depicts a scene in shoe of people at table . There are no chips cracks breaks or repairs and has beautiful detailing and colors with some spaghetti trim original Japan sticker still on bottom although Lefton sticker is gone.
