Fluorescent Desk Lamp, Brown Metal, Single Bulb, Push Button Switch, Radionic Trans Co, 1940s Lighting, Vintage Student Lamp.

Measures approximately 12-15" H, adjustable heighth, 15" wide, about 8" depth front to back.
Felted cardboard selling base that's worn.

An iconic lamp that was and has been used for decades.
The student desk lamp, office desk, libraries, writing desks.

Brown textured metal lamp with silver tone goose neck arms and fixings.
Black knobs on the end of the metal shade.

Adjustable goose neck arms, with one screw stablizer missing. This can be replaced.
Comes with a fluorescent bulb, which still works. These can be fitted to take a different bulb such as LED,
Please research for guidelines on using a different bulb than fluorescent.

Wiring is mid century with a Radionic transformer and not visibly damaged.

As with ALL vintage lighting, it's recommended to rewire or have rewired before using.

There is some scuffing, surface rust on the base. Small pin head size spotting on the silver metal parts.
