Product code: Bangladesh Concert 3 Record Album George Harrison 1970's selling Vintage Collection

This is a 3 record set of the Original Bangladesh Concert Album.
It contains the original box, the original pamphlet and the 3 records in their original covers.
The Box/cover is a little open on 3 corners and has my husbands initials on the top, but still able to hold together well.
It includes 64-page booklet which has a tear on the front top page but the rest of the pages are in perfect condition.
The Concert for Bangladesh – originally titled The Concert for Bangla Desh – is a live triple album by George Harrison and celebrity friends, released on Apple Records in December 1971 in America and January 1972 in Britain.
The album followed the two concerts of the same name, held on 1 August 1971 at New York's Madison Square Garden, featuring Harrison, Bob Dylan, Ravi Shankar, Ali Akbar Khan, Ringo Starr, Billy Preston, Leon Russell and Eric Clapton.
The shows were a pioneering charity event, in aid of the homeless Bengali refugees of the Bangladesh Liberation War, and set the model for future multi-artist rock benefits such as Live Aid (1985) and the Concert for New York City (2001).

For the collector. This will be shipped selling well packaged.
This 3 record album would be a nice addition to your vintage record collection.
I have many more vintage items so check out the rest of my shop.
