•The Stationary Head can make for any hairstyles,and the Bobble Head only can make short hairstyles.

About making time
I set making time is 3 to 4 weeks, just consider each customer place order day by day, so,I will make orders one by one according to ordering time, so, if not too hurry,just wait with more patience, because handmade items, if too hurry, the likeness will be not good effect.Sometimes, could not reply in time due to be busy for making bobbleheads, so not carry hand phone or watch computer all the time selling, thank you for understanding.I will treat each customer's order seriously and devote to building it best. But the limit is pure handmade item, could not make all details so accurately, If you are too idealistic, please place your order carefully,because we all should be pleased to do works.

About shipping and feedback
After all are confirm,I will choose best shipping way to your country in max short time to avoid crowd queue. Also.in order to keep shipping safely, I will use more stronger box to put in our vivid bobbleheads.

About cancel order
I could not accept cancel order,because I have bought materials and take time to plan the order. Please consider seriously when place order,I could not accept cancel order by the reason-I do not want it anymore or I accidentally ordered from the wrong shop and so on. Because it will cost much time to deal with designing and paperwork and canceling order. More important, I could not cancel or refund you full money at once due to the amount has been deducted by kinds of fees.Refund money is ETSY refund you directly after I submit cancel request, so,maybe you need some days or delayed time to receive money by your bank.
