Vintage Rare 1959 Russian selling Book of 16 Prints by Viktor Vasnetsov

This book published in Moscow in 1959 contains 16 full colour prints of paintings by the Russian artist Viktor Mikhaylovich Vasnetsov 1848 - 1926.
Several pages of text in Russian precede the prints and the first of these is a self-portrait of Vasnetsov 1873.
Other prints include: Ivan Tsarevich Riding the Grey Wolf 1889, The Flying Carpet 1880, and Tsar Ivan the Terrible 1897.
The book measures approx. 27 x 35 cm (just over 10½" x 13¾") without its cover.
The spine of the book is torn, with light dirt around the edges. The pages are intact, but there is light foxing on several of the prints. Very light creasing on top outer corner of the pages and very light staining at bottom corner of the last 2 pages.
The cover is in poor condition - since I bought the book, I have displayed the cover in a glass clip frame as I loved the image, but it has also helped to preserve it (has been away from sunlight). I always thought the mighty warrior looked like the English actor Brian Blessed! This picture is a detail from one of the prints in the book - Bogatyrs 1898.

It is in the same condition I bought it over 10 years ago. I had always intended framing several of the prints, but could never bring myself to take the book apart...now I no longer have the wall space and couldn't contemplate dismantling a lovely rare book!
