This is a lovely Hand Painted 11.5" diam., Plate

Background is Cobalt Blue. There are (4) large Iris's and (5) Buds all surround with light selling and dark Green Foliage.

When you slide your Hand across, you can feel raised lines through the colours.

Extremely good condition, with some crazing on front and back.
