CONDITION:

We call attention to any issues we think you should know about before purchasing, but buyers are encouraged to check pictures carefully to judge for themselves. Most of our pieces are vintage and may show signs of aging, wear, fading paint, blemishes, etc. We may not always call attention to every imperfection, as vintage buyers are aware that antique items are rarely in pristine condition.

SHIPPING NOTES:

Our shipping charges include shipping & handling as well as the cost of shipping materials, which is why the cost will usually be more than what you see on your shipping label. I'll do my best to meet dispatch estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

For returns or exchanges, contact me within 14 days of delivery, and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery (customer is responsible for return postage costs - if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.) Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of ordering.

SHOP NOTES:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide their current/correct address in their Etsy account. Seller is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses and therefore customer will not be compensated for packages shipped to the incorrect address.
