Rag Rug "Fuzzy Wuzzy" selling OOAK

When I was a little girl my mother would always recite:
Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear
Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair
Fuzzy Wuzzy Wasn't Fuzzy Was He?

It still makes me smile and selling so does this little rug.

This rug is woven of recycled bath towels; one a Rusty Peach and the other a Bright Yellow. It is very thick and heavy and also absorbent. Makes a great bath rug


The warp is done in stripes of pale yellow with Gold, Black and Natural

The size of this rug is 24 inches x 40 inches

Length of rug does not include the length of fringe

All my rugs are woven on a large vintage rug loom built in 1942. The whole house shakes when I am weaving. The designs are my own and I have won several awards for my work. I use all recycled materials in my wefts and either cotton or polyester warp. My rugs are machine washable in warm or cool. It is best to line dry. Give the fringe a good shake to straighten it and hang over a clothesline or rail. This rug will last a good many years with a bit of care.
