LEATHER FOR MAIN PIECES: Chrome Tanned leather with a soft and waxy robust finish that naturally develops a beautiful vintage-looking patina over time. Minor scratches easily rub off.

LEATHER FOR BINDING & CLOSURE: A heavier weight distressed oil-tanned leather featuring strength and durability with natural range markings such as scratches, scars and brands adding to the over all character of the journal. Minor scratches easily rub off.

PROCESS: The complete process from designing, cutting, engraving and stitching is done in our home-based western Iowa shop.

COMPOSITION NOTEBOOKS: Composition notebooks are easily accessible and can be found in many retail stores. Small: 7" x 5" in. LARGE: 9 3/4" X 7 1/2" in.

PERSONALIZED - Add a special touch by personalizing. Just select a font type from the options above and add the name you would like to have engraved on the journal. It will be engraved on the front, bottom, right of the journal cover. The number of characters and font type you choose will determine the size of the engraving.
