This is a stunning and scarce authentic piece of bakelite. I believe the color is butterscotch. It's a rich yellowed ivory color. The buckle has 13 tiny holes on each side meant to attach fabric, elastic, ribbon etc. for creating a belt on your one of a kind vintage fashion statement.
