Hard to find, Joan Rivers heart charm necklace. This one has 11 charms, and they are all easily removable, lobster clasp. This one has 11 charms, from Hearts and Flowers collection (were 19 in all). They are all easily removable, lobster clasp. Both front and back of each adorable heart is finished, sometimes the two sides have a different pattern, sometimes the backside is simply a plain color. In the very pictures, I've shown both sides of each heart! Note the beautiful enamel long beads in between the hearts, purple, green, blue, red. signed Joan Rivers heart-shaped hang tag.
