THESE MAY HAVE A LITTLE BROWN AROUND SOME OF THE EDGES, BECAUSE THEY ARE LIVE PLANTS AND HAVE TRAVELED IN A DARK DAMP BOX. THEY WILL GROW OUT OF THAT AND BE JUST FINE--BUT JUST KNOW THAT THEY MAY HAVE SOME SMALL BROWN EDGES

THIS IS A HUGE BEGONIA!!! THE LEAVES WILL PROBABLY HAVE SOME DAMAGE FROM TRANSIT AND PACKING BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY FRAGILE...BUT SO WORTH IT!!!! THIS IS A 10 INCH POT THAT IT IS GROWING IN....WILL SHIP WITHOUT THE POT!!!

We are bee and butterfly friendly nursery - This means we use minimal spraying and as much natural means to take care of our pests as much as possible. at times a plant will leave that may have a hole or 2 or so from a previous meal. NOTHING LEAVES HERE WITH BUGS OF ANY SORT--SNAILS, CENTIPEEDS, LADYBUGS, WORMS, ETC ARE NOT CONSIDERED "BUGS"--THEY MAY BE HIDING DEEP IN THE SOIL AND WE JUST EILL NOT REALIZE IT... - but at times dinner may be taken without our knowledge.. it will usually be on old leaves.. The older leaves that are still healthy looking will still provide nutrients to the roots so we do not cut them off. you can do that if it bothers you.

I am NOT responsible for USPS. They are really beating up the packages and some are taking much longer to be delivered. MOST of the items will be just fine, a little grumpy, but fine. They will just need to be watered asap, planted up and pruned. Put the plants into a bright area outside and not in direct sun. They should perk back up.
On some extreme cases, the post office has been taking 6+ days to deliver the packages--I have no control over this and since they are live plants, well they REALLY will be unhappy. I will work with YOU TO FILE A CLAIM as much as I can, to get an insurance claim paid out for you but in all honestly, that has not been going well lately. BUT, I will help you where I can.
I will also work with you on getting your plants replaced at a discount-- but I can not be responsible for something out of my control.
You will be ordering plants at your own risk...I will honestly tell you that right now about 95% have been delivered without issues....BUT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM. BY PURCHASING YOU DO UNDERSTAND THIS AND AGREE

THE PLANTS ARE REMOVED FROM THE POT, ROOTBALL WRAPPED IN PLASTIC AND THEN THE PLANT WRAPPED IN NEWSPAPER FOR THE TRANSIT--WE DO USE ALOT OF TAPE TO SECURE THE PLANT SO THAT IT DOES NOT MOVE AND GET DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. IF WE DO NOT USE ALOT OF TAPE TO SECURE IT, THEN IT WOULD GET DAMAGED BY MOVING AROUND...

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SCISSORS HANDY TO REMOVE PLANTS FROM SHIPPING CONTAINER!!!!!!!!!!


We also try to show adult or larger plants and or blooms whenever possible--plants are in a constant grow cycle, so they are always different sizes and a little different color maybe--SO I CAN NOT TAKE "SPECIFIC" PICTURES of the "plant that you will receive" --UNLESS I specifically have it in the title and specific listing.

Do not forget to feed your plants!!!!

you may have damage to leaves in transit - this is normal and is only cosmetic - new leaves will grow fast with proper care - We do our best to package your plant with care to cause minimal to hopefully no damage to the leaves but it happens

BELOW IS JUST THE BASIC INFO - PLEASE READ IT Our plants ship via Priority mail. - We tape them down really securely in the box so be sure to use scissors to cut the tape and do not rip them out or you will damage them.

We strive to ship in 1 or 2 business days but it does not always work out that way. - during off season its average is 1 - 5 business days for us to process. - During the busy time of year = Mid Nov - Late Dec & Late Feb - Early June it may take as much as 7 - 10 days to process orders. (based on Covid 2020 time this past year) We do not want to hold your plants any longer than we need to

Our goal is to get them all out quickly and safely as possible. Holidays during a week - does back us up usually because it can block us up on shipping for as much as 5 days - especially if holiday falls on a Saturday or a Monday. - This will delay orders for sure
Plants are traveling - at times a long way. We are careful to gather you up a healthy plant in great condition. Traveling in a box is not the best for them but does work. - they will usually come stressed to some degree, damage on leaves or some brown edging at times.
Please do research on how to care for the plant you purchasing. I can not give advise for your growing environment.

As with any plant - you should always keep them separate from your others - especially if these will be inside plant - never just put new plants in with old. My suggestion always is to treat your new plant with fungicide and bug control - Just to be safe. - if your into organic then so be it. but for me if i am putting in a plant within range of my others - I prefer to make sure there are no issues and I will use a product actually labeled for the selling situation.

We do provide SOME instructions with your order.

***********All our plants ship without the pots. So you will need to pot them up when they arrive. We remove some soil on root balls on many of the plants also for shipping purposes. **************

We may label a plant in title for example 4" pot or 5" pot and at times if a smaller pot size is nicer you may get that. for example a plant in a 5" pot - if its a new batch and our 4" sizes are larger and nicer then we will send that instead. = you are purchasing a plant more based on the specs of size of the plant not really pot size. At times your plant may be larger than "our average shipping size plant" or some plants we may cut back if really too long.

Banana & Colocasia - the plants leaves are completely removed and we cut them to a stem as the leaves always damage in shipping anyway. so be sure to care for your plant properly and new leaves will usually emerge in about 7 - 10 days if you have the correct growing conditions.

Always use a good light well drained planting media to pot up your plants. - better to have too much drainage material and require more frequent watering than too dense a media and end up with root rot using a fungicide regularly and feeding your plants with light dose of liquid (water soluble) fertilizer is a huge aid in successful plantings. plant your plant to the rim of your pot - do not pack it. after a few waterings your plant should settle to 1/2" - 1" below the rim of the pot - do not have your plant lower than this. plant most plants the same depth they were before - some plants like coleus and fast rooting types = its then better to plant them deeper than they were. (coleus, tomato, plectranthus, pothos, ect. = basically simple easy to root plants

Unfortunately we do not have control of shipping time or handling of usps of your package. so keep in mind they may not arrive perfect. you may have to care for them extra and the next time they may arrive better than another time. We love our plants and strive to offer you the best possible we can. but keep in mind your plants are shipping. - We offer pick up at the nursery if you like Combined Shipping = I have all set up by weight but it does not always calculate correctly on larger orders. Many times on larger orders we may end up refunding you part on shipping. - We normally do this automatically when we process your shipping if it needs to be refunded some.

If your plant arrives with major issues then you MUST notify us immediately (no more than 24 hrs) and provide photos. - your notification is a time stamp of when we feel you opened the item so we can compare from tracking if you had left it in box for extra time than it should be...

This is a living item and needs tending immediately. This is not a shirt that you can just leave to be til you have time to take open the package... Treat it like a puppy in a box please.
