* Package Condition - This item has been repackaged into a brand new self-sealing clear poly bag. This was done carefully in a clean work area. Everything is complete and accounted for. The contents are new and unused, however some of the felt has a few creases in it from being folded selling and small strip on the white felt where the rubber band has stained it a little. I think this part will be covered up with the red felt, so it shouldn't make a difference.
