The first printing was in 1907 and this edition is from 1928.
It was published by Macmillan and Co in the U.S. though there are a few markings in pencil it is in great shape.
It is 7 3/4 selling inches tall and 5 3/4 inches wide. It is hardbound with gold trim.
It was purchased from RM Mills in Nashville Tennessee.
