Pretty Maxwell Williams Elegant chintz botanical print Breakfast cup. This lovely black cup is in the "Midnight Blossom" pattern by British textile designer William Kilburn . Jet black china loaded with clusters of detailed flowers along with fresh green leaves. A delightful set for yourself or selling a lovely gift for a friend.
Suitable for use in the microwave and dishwasher

The Breakfast cup and saucer are in excellent Vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks or crazing, and have a lovely ping (you want to hear the ping, it ensures there are no cracks!).

Gilding is generally hand painted and therefore not always uniform in consistency. Additionally age may discolor the gilding, giving it a richer patina. Many of our cups are well over 50 years old and this is to be expected with vintage items. If there is any aging to to the gold trim or it shows wear from use we will do our best to point this out.
