Here is a wonderful antique porcelain head doll, probably from the 1890s late Victorian period.
This amazing smaller sized doll has a cloth body stuffed with wood chip, bisque porcelain hands and bottom of legs. The legs are painted wearing little black shoes, medium 1.5 inches head and torso, black painted low brow hair and painted facial features. She comes wearing her original clothes which a silky dark red dress with lace edged sleeves, lace underskirt and matching stitched on bloomers. She is in very good condition for her age with some normal wear to the dress and could do with a gentle clean to the porcelain. Please see all the photos as they are a true representation of the condition. A brilliant find for a collector.

Doll measures 17inches long when laying flat (just the doll not the full length of the dress)
