One of the happiest tablecloths I've ever met, this piece brighten the room visually and in spirit.
The base is a white cotton - similar in weight to a cotton dish towel like the kind made from what's called 'flour sack cloth'.
It has been washed and line dried, then steamed.
Photo 7 - show the very neat back side plus an example of 3 pieces of iron on tape. There are pieces of this tape in several spots on the back - I don't know if the holes they're used on were made when tufting, or if they came later. They do adhere super well as I soaked and washed the piece and they never budged. This photo also shows that the hem was not turned under, so there may be some slight fraying with wear.
Photo 8 shows the front side - the 3 taped spots plus on the far left - one untaped tiny hole. Again, there may be several taped and untaped holes scattered throughout the entire piece. If you zoom in on the photos, you may see them.

Photo 10 - 2 'ghost spots' - I call these that because they only appear in certain lights and angles or when held up to the light. They are the remnants of stains that were removed with launderings. These are the only 2 stains that I could find on the entire piece. If there are more, they are selling very 'ghosty' as I cannot find them.
