STEP 2: At checkout ADD message and include RING SIZE and your METAL COLOUR
selection.
(You can also message me directly to confirm SIZE and METAL COLOUR)

STEP 3: PAY via your preferred method.

SHIPPING:
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ORDERS OVER $1000 IS FREE.
Your item will be delivered to your door.
A signature will be required on delivery.
If you are not home, a card should be left for you to collect at your local post office. We usually send via AUSTRALIA POST OR DHL depending on the destination.
(This may vary depending on country and their policy)

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
We commence production once funds have cleared.
As our rings are custom made, in most cases we require 3 - 4 weeks to complete your selection. At which time we will advise you of it's completion, confirm and dispatch your item. Your precious selection will arrive within 4 - 5 weeks from the date of purchase and payment. (We do not commence production until payment clears )
We will advise you if there will be any delay beyond that time frame. Please be aware that it can on the rare occasion take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods.So please factor that in to your time schedule and advise us if there is any urgency or deadline your working towards. We will advise you if that is the case.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Wearing your ring whilst doing the below activities could cause damage to your precious item, so we advise that you don't wear whilst:
At the gym
Cleaning
When swimming
Whilst Cooking
Gardening
We will not be responsible for any damage caused by any damaged caused.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Our Custom Rings can not be exchanged or refundable, as they are made specific to a customer and not stock items. We will work with you, as a happy outcome for all is our priority.
Stock item may been exchanged or credited.
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt.
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return item and the re dispatch of the item.
We do not refund.
For any returns the buyer MUST contact me prior to returning any item for any reason for authorisation, instructions and confirmation code.
Items will not be accepted without prior arrangement and authorisation code.
The cost to return any selling item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Item must be sent with tracking and require a signature on receipt.
